Cooking ranges What ever the scale of operation, Blue Seal Evolution Series Oven Ranges have an option to suit. Gas ranges come equipped with 7kW open cooktop burners. Within the oven itself, cast iron sole plates ensure even heat distribution. Heavy-duty motors and circulation fans in the convection ovens reduce cooking times and enable food to be cooked at lower temperatures. |
